Saturday morning I was given the wonderful opportunity to go to a
women's treatment center, I stayed for about 2 hours and we taught the women there at the shelter a basic class about breast cancer and how to perform a breast self exam. Early detection is the key to saving lives, Breast cancer does not discriminate it hits young and old, and all
different races, my goal for the next year is to go to
different shelters and teach women how to perform a breast self exam and give them all the knowledge that they need to know about breast cancer. I really enjoyed myself and I hope that the women enjoyed
themselves as well. This was a great way to kick off breast cancer awareness month !
Thank you
Tarzana Treatment Center !
